NAMSAN
Namsan – born in Korea; raised in Ueda, Japan.
Namsan was founded in Haramachi, Ueda city in 1990 in order to deliver authentic Korean food to Shinshu families.
Since the beginning, we have been serving quality beef with the concept of “Let food be your medicine”.
Now, many customers from all over Japan come to enjoy our cuisine.
The dipping and seasoning sauce enhances the taste of the beef and has been our secret recipe since our establishment.
Because we purchase the whole cow, we serve a wide range of beef types such as Shinshu premium beef, and also rare parts like Misuji and Ichibo.
